What the site is
Simulator Hardware publishes research, rankings, guides and tools about flight simulator hardware. It's general information to help you choose products. It isn't professional advice, and it can't account for every detail of your own setup.
Scores, prices and availability
- Scores are calculated from published specifications and independent benchmark data with the formula on our methodology page. They compare products; they aren't a guarantee of the performance you'll get, which depends on your settings, add-ons, drivers and the rest of your system.
- Prices, stock and product details are set by retailers and change often. Always check the retailer's page before you buy. The retailer's own terms, warranty and return policy apply to your purchase.
- We work hard to keep every page accurate, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
Affiliate links
Some links earn us a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works and why it never changes our rankings.
Using our content
- The site's text, scores, rankings, charts, diagrams and tools belong to Simulator Hardware. You're welcome to quote short excerpts or cite a score, as long as you credit Simulator Hardware and link to the page you quote.
- The machine-readable files under
/data/are offered for reference and research, on the same condition: credit and a link. - Please don't republish whole pages, copy our rankings or databases wholesale, or present our content as your own.
- Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Product photos and third-party images are used under their providers' terms and credited where required.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors: no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt it, no automated scraping that strains our servers, and no spam through the contact form.
Links to other sites
We link to retailers, manufacturers and other sites we think are useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Simulator Hardware isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including purchases you make from retailers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
