HP OMEN 16 (RTX 4070) vs Lenovo LOQ 15 (RTX 4060) for MSFS: 7.5-point gap makes the OMEN the clear pick.
The HP OMEN 16 scores 61.55/100 against the Lenovo LOQ 15's 54.05/100, a gap that translates to meaningfully smoother frame times when MSFS is under real load. The OMEN's RTX 4070 Laptop GPU paired with the Ryzen 7 8745HS and 32GB DDR5 holds frame pacing through photogrammetry-heavy zones like Manhattan or EGLL on High-End settings, where the LOQ 15 starts dropping frames noticeably. The LOQ 15 with its RTX 4060 and i7-13650HX is a serviceable rig for FHD VFR cross-country legs over sparse terrain, and its budget-tier price makes it viable if you're not pushing dense AI traffic or live weather at complex Class B airports.

Our take
The HP OMEN 16 leads by 7.5 points and handles the MSFS scenarios that matter most — dense photogrammetry, live weather, QHD — buy it unless budget constraints make the Lenovo LOQ 15 the only option on the table.
