Logitech G X52 Pro Flight Control System vs Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog Flight Stick for X-Plane 12: Warthog wins by 5 points on metal build and precision.
The Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog rates 64.5/100 against the X52 Pro's 59.5/100 on our model-derived scale, a gap that translates to tighter axis control during manual ILS approaches and less input slop on long VFR cross-country legs. The X52 Pro's 6-axis setup and 39-button layout give it a real edge for pilots who need more hat switches and rotaries mapped across complex airliners without a separate throttle quadrant. The Warthog's all-metal construction and tighter center detent pay off during precise VR city flyovers and photogrammetry-heavy zones where small control corrections compound quickly.
